In case of withdrawal by the Client funds in volume exceeding the amount of profit received during trading and/or made their own funds amounting to less than specified in these rules and conditions, will automatically terminate the participation of the account in action (and in cases of gross violations of these regulations and/or attempted fraud rule and the Client of the possible participants). 

4.8. All promotional accounts at the end of the action and/or in cases of exclusion from the category of promotional accounts described these Rules, are available for further work on common conditions. 

4.9. Application for assignment of opened trading account status "Promotional" according to the means that customers have read this agreement, fully understand the rights and obligations of the parties and accepts all terms and conditions of action "Test Drive".
