1: General regulations:
1.1. These regulations define the principles and rules of the AccentForex’s Promo «Accent TouchStone Account»;
1.2. The Promo «Accent TouchStone Account» (hereinafter the "promo") is held from 20 October to November, 14 2011;
1.3. The number of accounts that can take a part at the "promo" and credited with funds in amount of $ 100 - limited;
1.4. Any customer who opened a live account for the first time with AccentForex, during the campaign – has right to take a part at action according to these regulations;
1.5. You are not required, but you are eligible for deposit while taking part at the promo;
1.6. Bonus funds and fixed profits are available for withdrawal according to these regulations.
1.7. AccentForex reserves the right to make changes to these regulations by posting the changes on the website;
1.7.1 The changes are effective right after publication it on the website.
2. Rules of action
2.1. To participate in the promo trader should open live «STP» account independently, (currency USD)
2.2. After registering, participant should contact the customer support service, from "My Profile" at the left menu - current "TouchStone" Promo request partition;

2.3. After receipt participations request, his account will be credit with bonus in amount of $100 while 24 hours;
2.2.1. Bonus funds are available for trading within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving credit according to the promo regulations;
2.2.2. If customer has any other accounts that was opened before this promo, his participation request will be rejected;
2.3. Trading on the promotional account (with bonus $100) is allowed without any restrictions ("scalping", "news trading" trading advisers / experts / other - allowed any strategy without disrupting software MetaTrader 4.)
2.4. Each trader who participate promo is entitled to receive bonus funds once only while the promo;
2.5. A trader who participate promo not entitled to participate in the other bonus promo, such as «Bonus +25%» and «Bonus +35%» till the end of current promo, or till the refuse participation in current promo;
2.6. Trader who violates these regulations - will be excluding from the promo, bonus funds will be withdrawn, and further use of the account available on general conditions;
2.7. Participants can refuse participation by themselves and request for recall bonus funds fro its account, to continue trading on a general basis (without the constraints imposed by current regulations)
3. Bonus funds withdrawal:
3.1. When participant do not replenish account that take a part at the Promo (see p.2.2.1.) - Bonus funds and profit will be void;
3.2. Bonus funds can be withdraw after funding participant’s live account in an amount not less than $250 and closing orders with total volume of not less than the required number of lots specified in 3.2.3 below.
3.2.1. After deposit - all profits earned by trading on the bonus funds transferred to the credit facilities. The total volume of credit and bonus money of $ 100 referred to herein as the "final bonus";
3.2.2. "Final bonus" could not be more than 40% of the amount contributed by the deposit. If "final bonus" more than 40% - part of deposit - a bonus part in that excess of 40% the size of the deposit will be cancel;
3.2.3. The withdraw of "final bonus" is possible only if the trader closing orders in the total amount not less than 0.1 x D (where D - the size of the deposit);
3.2.4. "Final bonus" available for trading and subsequent withdrawal within two calendar months from the date of completion of the trader’s deposit;
3.2.4. If bonus terms has expire (see 2.2.1) and conditions specified in 3.2.3. are not discharged - bonus is canceled, and the further use of the account available on general basis and in accordance with the specifications STP accounts;
3.2.5. If bonus terms has expire (see 2.2.1) and conditions specified in 3.2.3. are discharged bonus is transferred from the credit to the balance. Then the bonus funds become property of the trader and available for trading and withdraw without any restrictions.
3.3. If participant at least hasn’t any credited bonuses, all restrictions imposed by these regulations - are removed, no matter what is reason of withdrawal / reset / cancel / transfer / other of credited bonus funds. Bonus and Profits can be withdrawed. You can withdraw both profit and bonus. To withdraw these funds you should implement all terms and conditions of the promo:

For example:
$100 (bonus) + $150 (profit) = $250 - your "Total Bonus" You have: bonus funds in amount of $100. Also you have profits in amount of $150 To withdraw these $250 (Total Bonus) you should: - You should deposit funds on your account. Amount of your "Total Bonus" can no more then 40% of your deposit. This means that your deposit must be more then your "Total Bonus" in 2.5 times:$250 (your "Total Bonus") * 2.5 = $625 (your needed initial deposit)
- Commit after funding operations Totaling 625 * 0.1 = 62.5 lots.
If the deposit is less. Total Bonus proportionally reduced
4. Special Conditions:
4.1. Participant does not incur any material or intangible risks to the broker, by trading with the credit deposit of $ 100.00;
4.2. The participant's account cannot participate in affiliate programs to pay part of the spread (the so-called rebate service)
4.3. Broker AccentForex reserves the right to make changes and additions, or stop the action at any time without notice to customers. As well as to refuse to credit bonus funds (and in some cases to recall bonus funds that was credited already);
4.4. Request for participation and getting bonus funds in amount of $ 100, means that trader read this agreement, fully understand the rights and obligations of the parties and shall take all the terms and conditions of the promo "Accent TouchStone Account".
4.5. Broker AccentForex offer promo "Accent TouchStone Account" to provide an opportunity for the clients at no cost requirements, to evaluate the AccentForex trading platform quality, and warns: long-term trading without any additional funds for a promo account is not recommended, because the risks far exceed the commercial acceptable level;
4.6. All disputes arising under this promo shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to conduct negotiations, disputes are resolved based on the AccentForex administration global practice and personal experience. The decision is final and not subject to reconsideration.
5. Force majeure:
5.1. AccentForex not responsible for the failure, failure or improper performance of any provision of these rules, if this is due to the influence of circumstances that are beyond the control of AccentForex (such as natural or manmade disasters, wars and other situations that are not list in this list).
